IPT Leader
Reporting to Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Principle Objective of Position
- IPT Leader is the business unit manager of Integrated Processing Team (IPT), which represent the team MMD. Management IPT in Indonesia
- IPT Leader Objective is responsible for achieving the result of the manufacturing process to finished goods by providing tactical direction and strategy for managing cross-functional team of IPT. IPT Leader to ensure that objectives are achieved at the lowest cost, consistent with Merck codes and standards in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, with particular emphasis on all things regarding the dosage form.
- Major Duties / Responsibilities
- As a member of Site Management Team where he/she served as Leader of the processes responsible for aligning site with Division and Corporate strategies and help the team and its members
- Supports the Value Stream, and align with the right interface between Division and Leader site and relationship with customers.
- Prioritize and allocate resources to the Continuous Improvement and Production Process. Responsibility for the implementation of the Corrective Action identified in the Continuous Improvement Initiative
- Directing continuous Improvement. Keeping the focus on improving flexibility, reducing cycle time, errors, process variability and inventory; improve performance, and eliminate waste/ defect.
Requirements:
- SIKA certified
- Hands on experience with application of most of the following Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Certified Sigma Black Belt or SIP 3 trained (in SGP) or equivalent
- Lean applications in one or more sites
- 8-10 years experiences in operational of pharmaceuticals manufacturing company.
- 5 years experiences in managing IPT Team
- Good in English both oral conversation and writing
