Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from top universities with minimum GPA of 2.8 points
- Good command of English (Japanese is a ++)

- Able to work alone/unsupervised or in a team
- Able to work under-pressure
- Object Oriented Programming
- Exceptional problem solving capabilities
- Test driven development (Unit testing)
- Agile Development
- Developing e-commerce/m-commerce/CMS/ERP
- Language: Java (J2EE), JSP
- RDBMS : MySql/PostgreSql/Oracle
- Java Framework : Struts/Spring/Hibernate
- JavaScript Framework : jQuery/YahooUI/Mootools/jQuery Mobile/jQTouch/etc
- Experience in HTML5 and CSS3
- TCP/IP/DNS/SMTP, Routing Protocol etc
- UNIX/Linux (RHEL, CentoOS, Ubuntu) System Configuration
- Using and Setting Web Server (Apache, NginX, Tomcat, WebLogic)
